Configuring timezone in php
Posted by Paulo Amorim Cruz on 15 June 2013 02:45 PM

ERROR:

2 = date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier.

To solve this problem simply remove the comment from the following line and inform the timezone in php.ini:

;date.timezone =

Removing the comment and defining the place, looked:

date.timezone = "America/Sao_Paulo"
